At present, only urban sewage treatment plants in China discharge about 4.5 million tons of dry sludge every year, an annual growth rate of more than 10%, and only about 20% can be effectively used. China mainly adopts the treatment methods such as agricultural utilization, land landfill and incineration. These traditional treatment methods have problems such as incomplete pollution-free treatment, serious land waste, high treatment cost and secondary pollution. The sludge pyrolysis technology developed rapidly in recent years has the advantages of good pollution-free effect, small equipment area and high utilization rate of resources.
